I’ve been training with Luke remotely for a month now, and it’s been an amazing transformation. Luke is a really intuitive and knowledgeable climber, and also an exceptional coach and motivator. My programme was designed for home training with just the basic equipment that I have at home, as I did not have access to a climbing wall (due to lockdown, I still don’t have access). My body felt much more balanced, efficient and powerful after just a few sessions, and my mobility improved loads. Luke also knows just how to push me to push past my own perceived limits. It’s amazing how fast my body adapted and improved every week. For example, push ups have always been my weakness, and I got from totally struggling to do 10 to 30 max push ups within 4 weeks! I feel stronger than ever, despite not having climbed for more than 2 months. I’m super excited to continue training with Luke and can’t wait to get on harder projects when I get a chance to climb outside again. Super powerful stuff!
I took a lesson with Inner Heights on fear of falling. Fear is hard to get over quickly, but Luke's advice still keeps popping up in my head every time I have that fear or hesitation.

I’ve started training with Luke for over a year. We usually met in the gym once a week, however, during the COVID-19 outbreak the face-to-face sessions were not possible. Therefore Luke started sending me online sessions through his online platform. Since I have my own climbing wall at home, Luke customized the training session towards my needs and to the facilities that I have at my disposal. With our talk once a week he always encouraged me to train hard even though he’s not there physically to push me on. The platform is very user friendly and contains all the details of the training exercises and drills. With all the pictures and videos, it will guide you through your training session just like Luke was there next to you to explain everything step by step.
